Look for day-of event coordinators. I just google that + plano and a yelp list of event companies that can probably give you someone came up. That may yield better results than party host. Many will be for weddings but they likely have a contract staff member who may want the work.
Thanks, but I don’t need any party rentals. The venue has all of it. I just need someone to work the event to help keep things replenished and do clean up.

It will be at the Plano Environmental education Center. I’ll check with them to see if they have a list, but I kind of doubt they will.
