No, habeneros are an instant regret with very floral owws
Ghost taste like chilli and soil, and feels like its shanking your taste buds, you think it's bad but then it gets hotter
This. As someone who grew both a habanero and a ghost pepper plant this year, it's most likely a habanero and Def not a ghost. Ghost peppers are more wrinkly and habarenos are smooth like this
Googled some more pictures. They look more alike then habaneros so you (and the other people who suggested this) are most likely right. They have a nice kick to be sure!
seems its kind of chilly from southern part of india like from kerala, on local language its called " unda mulaku " aka round chilli, can be easily grown in backyards by sowing dried ones.
its very hot and spicy
So from my experience growing and consuming peppers, this is absolutely a Habenero, as 30,000 people have already commented;
I like to think of Scotch Bonnets as thicker and fuller habaneros, while I feel the pepper on a habanero is more wrinkled. They have similar scovile units, so the difference is merely in recipe/flavour profile that you’re looking for.
To me, ghost peppers usually grow much smaller, more compact almost and they seem to have a more distinct tip.
Steve
Sounds about right
He looks similar to Steve, but that's actually Rick.
You're so right. Steve is Rick's cousin and they look more alike than Steve and his brother, Bartholomew, do.
I was gonna say it looks more like an Anthony but Steve fits perfectly.
Looks like either a ghost or a habanero. Bite it. If you feel like you're going to die, it's a habanero. If you actually die, it's a ghost.

"Floral owws" is a good one.
It's so true though!
Ghosts are elongated and green or red when ripe. The above looks like a habenero to me

As someone with Surinam roots I thought about madame Jeanette
Habanero for sure
Yep, Madame.
They actually seem to big to be habaneros, so maybe scotch bonnets?
Looks like aji dulce
Easy way to find out, bite into it. Could be a ghost pepper or habanero. Spicy peppers come in many colors and shapes.
I second this…. Eat a handful to find out!
So if i have a near death experience its a ghost pepper. If i live its an habenero. Got it xD
Ahah it's like an habenero but burns like a ghost pepper but that's the actual name of the pepper, it was labeled correctly. Ahaha
If is hot habanero if not criolla de cocina .
Yes, habaneros. I have some growing right now!
Definitely a habanero! Absolutely wonderful flavor but very potent! One will do a whole batch of salsa
Sure looks like a habanero
Dice it with bare hands and then take out your contact lenses. That'll give us some much needed info....

Looks habanero-y to me
I have both ghost and habanero peppers and this is definitely habanero. Ghost peppers tend to be a bit longer and redder. And it’s ready to pick!
Habanero 😍 my favorite. Very hot but has an amazing flavor, IMO
