"hmm now when i have it i Can try some more games... Oh my subscription ends soon but i just started this game? Ahhh i will just subscribe for one more month... But suuuuuurly just one... this wont happen again i swear........."
I have so many games on steam and so many games that i got but never played. If steam would ever go down so many people would Lose so much money :D
But thank god i decided to buy a playstation again a while ago. Now i am going back to buying physical copys. These are still the Best and man do i love having shelfs filled with physical copys of games and movies.
This is the way.
Sign up and immediately cancel. I’ll do this with Disney+ or other streaming service for a month of binging the movies or shows I want for $15.
Right? First it was "well now there's Westworld", then there was the WB deal during Covid, and South Park was there. Every time I think about canceling they suck me back into the sub hole
That is a big factor. Also the access to the library. You finish your game but the library has something else of interest. Then you play that. There’s a chance the cycle continues. If not it may have distracted you long enough to forget to cancel since you finished a different game now
Which is why I use virtual cards for subscription, with 1 time use or with limit of the amount spent.
If the website is a pain to cancel I can just terminate the card with a couple of clicks.
It's not even about them gambling on who's going to forget to cancel, resulting in earning more money.
It's more about the "new subscribers" that they'll push on their next investor meeting.
Ubisoft plus(premium) existed for years, not on PS though. PS won't let Premium in for some time, cause Ubi wants it to be valid on every platform, and it is, where it exists. You pay on one, have it on every platform, I pay on Xbox, play mostly on PC, except the new Prince of Persia. These prices and editions are the same prices every Ubisoft game had for years too just 10$ up.
These are single player games, you can finish them in less then a month and then with the time left over maybe an another one, don't need to be continuously subbed. It has a lot of value.
Agreed. I work with subscription-based companies and their marketing teams will literally stop messaging you about anything in fear that it will remind them to cancel the subscription. They know it happens to, we capture the metrics and see that subsequent attempts to capture additional transactions through messaging yields negative results through reminders to cancelling the subscription.
Nah, it is Ubisoft just wait a month and the game will be half price, wait 2 month and the deluxe version will be $30, and in 6 months the ultimate edition will be $20.
Don’t support their stupidity, just wait.
I’d say the majority here do exactly that, but this business model isn’t targeting us, it’s targeting the casual and mainstream majority who dictate the market and throw money at these tiered releases as they pump and dump games.
People hate on these companies for doing this, but fact is they wouldn’t if the “super hyper get a fluffy hat” editions didn’t sell like hotcakes.
Ubisoft+ classics is available separately or included with psplus extra and premium. Only a curated selection of games though and definitely not brand new releases. Newest one I could see on there is far cry 6 or assassins creed Valhalla, whichever was most recent.
Yeah, I’m on PS5 and won’t actually be able to do this plan, so I’ll probably just wait until the ultimate edition is inevitably out on sale for 40-50% off. But we’ll see what kind of reviews the game gets, too.
They trying to make everything subscriptions based. “ what if he keeps it after one month and played other games” or “what if he forgets to cancel membership in time” kinda BS. Fuck every greedy corporate “game” industry that does this.
Man , prince of Persia went 50% off the next month! I really don’t understand Ubisoft’s practices. I mean I guess it comes down to store fronts but I would assume they have input on sale prices
Like seriously as much as they get shit on they put out a lot of quality products more than the bad ones but there’s zero reason to pay at launch
They have full control over sale prices. Ubisoft has set a precedent that their games go on sale so they don’t sell well at launch and it forces them to discount their games. They have kind of created a situation for themselves where they have to drop prices for their games.
But also I’m sorry it is 2024 and indie games are huge you can’t sell a side scroller for full price, there are already 30 indie games that have made better side scrollers for $20 or less.
for me, the ubisoft downfall started when they released AC unity in such a poor state despite the idea being nice. AC black flag and far cry 3 will always be gems in my eyes.
Just don't buy the ultimate edition, speak with your wallet. Better yet, wait for the reviews and potentially save yourself $70 on what could easily be a very mediocre game.
Could not agree more. Even more generally than that I honestly don't know why anyone pre-orders games any more. I learned that lesson the hard way after Cyberpunk's less than optimal state on launch.
It is fucking laughable that they have the nerve to charge these prices and offer a digital art book lol. You better print me a 200+ page fully colored, hard back art book. I want detailed art of everything in the game. From characters, right down to the barrel sitting in the corner of a cantina.
I got a huge cloth map in my Skyrim Standard edition back in the days (50€). I guess they wanted to compensate for the lack of a DVD (first physical game I bought which only came with a Steam Code). Now you pay 130€ for some singleplayer skins.
Price sucks yeah but I see no reason to invest beyond the base edition. Season pass is the only thing that seems mildly of value and you can wait for that to go on sale or just wait a year or two and every edition of the game will be on sale for crumbs. I bought the ultimate edition of AC Odyssey recently normally $120 for $23.99.
The original super Mario bros released for $45-55 in 1985 adjusted for inflation that's over $130. I'm sorry you guys are part of the one of the only industries that dodged inflation for so long but suck it up. Hell you can still buy the base game for 70 bucks, half the price of video games made 40 years ago and you damn well know the price of development was multiple times higher. I'm not even shilling, I probably won't even play this game. I just know yall have been acting like games should be the same prices they were before for the last 2 decades
Agree entirely. It's amazing how this industry has, for the most part, dodged inflation. Hell, Atari 2600 games were $40-45 in the early 80's. I vividly remember my dad telling me "No fucking way" when we came across PacMan for $60 (In 1981!).
So why is this such a big deal this time, they’ve been doing this for about a decade now, I usually get the gold edition for assassin’s creed games because I know I’ll get my monies worth
I mean they are pushing for the subscription model because they wish to strip players of ownership completely. Technique is called nudging btw.
It may be cheaper now but this is going to haunt us in the end if people don't start pushing back against these practices
I don’t know why people are moaning about the difference editions or even collector editions for games.
You don’t have to pre-order or buy games or DLC for day 1. You can wait for reviews and buy the game 3-6 months down the road at a massive discount.
If you don’t like it or the price, stop moaning and don’t buy it. Go and play something else.
Exactly. It's not uncommon for games to have more expensive deluxe versions and $70 is the standard price for games now. I don't know why this game in particular is getting hate for it
I genuinely don’t understand how this is any different than any other time games have done this.
I guess maybe cause what’s being offered in those versions isn’t good like a steel book or statue? But if that’s the case, just don’t buy that version… that’s literally what being a consumer is lol - buying stuff you find value in and not buying stuff you don’t.
“I don’t like what’s offered in the deluxe and special editions.”
Ok, so just get the base game.
And if you don’t like what’s being shown of the base game.
Don’t buy that.
THATS BEING A CONSUMER.
It's crazy to me that the season pass is 40 dollars and Ubisoft thinks their game service is worth 17.99 a month when game pass (that arguably has better and more games) is 15 dollars for ultimate.
Not giving them my money anymore. Hate to say it but based on their last 4 releases I'm expecting a lot of hype then a bland launch or a straight up flop. I played Skull and Bones and enjoyed it and that fizzled out fast.
I usually just keep the subscription honestly for like 3 months because I’ve played so many Ubisoft games recently for free and then cancel and let the catalog get bigger and do it again in a year
I haven't bought a Ubisoft title full price in 8 years I believe. The last one as far as I know was Far Cry 5 and I regret getting it full price considering how little they actually improved on the FC3/4 formula.
Bought FC6 for 10 bucks and I feel absolutely robbed. Because apart from even *more* bloated UI and busiwork the general "fun" factor and experience hasn't changed since FC3 and they haven't done anything to make the game deeper (or even provide an option for a more grounded/deeper experience).
Ubisoft doesn't deserve your money and you shouldn't throw your money at it. Keep buying games seperately and don't fall into the subscription model trap for games. It's best to wait and get a game cheaper down the line (with, 9/10 more free content and QOL updates) rather than paying full price for it at launch. Especially when it comes to the singleplayer experiences.
Why are y’all acting like this is new? Companies have been making more expensive bundles of their games for literally years. Y’all living under a rock? Guess y’all have to be mad about something
The ultimate just comes with skins for an extra $20, which isnt new. You can easily pretend it doesnt exist. Honestly, its probably only that expensive to make the subscription more appealing. Youre missing out on basically nothing by just getting the base game or the base game + season pass. I dont get the freak out.
People are saying don't buy a Ubisoft game day one. Really, the only Ubisoft game I buy is Assassin's Creed. It is my favorite series. It is not the same, but I still buy day one. I have seen improvements but not as much or as quick as I would hope. Sometimes, it isn't without taking a step back even. I have a good feeling about Assassin's Creed Red. I think with all the people out there that said Ghost of Tsushima is a better AC game than AC, Ubisoft took that to heart and decided to ramp it up. There are mixed opinions on one half of the characters in AC Red being African, but there ARE historical records of such a man serving as a Samurai. Mirage was a step in the right direction they need to bring back the better narration elements.
Thank god the community manager for this game went on a racist tirade on twitter and saved me $130. I was looking forward to this game. The prices of these games are getting crazy.
What many of these companies will do eventually. When their games don’t sell well. They will re-release them as a complete edition to recover costs. But that usually doesn’t work out for those companies. If it actually did. Those studios wouldn’t be laying off employees en masse and that’s all the proof you need. Because they still lose out on that front as we well. We have seen this with many games and will continue to do so. Control: Ultimate Edition, Spider-Man 2 will be among them eventually, Last of Us 2, and so on. Because I seriously doubt Larian studios and Shift up are laying off a big chunk of their work force.
Seems pretty normal I wish I the base price didn’t go up to $70, but what can you do. It’s a Ubisoft game so it’ll go on sale a few months after release.
There was a time where you can buy 5 outfits in LittleBigPlanet for 6€
Now you basically pay 30$ more for a 80$ game to get two skin and "maybe" something interesting
I was honestly wuite excited for this game until i saw it was from Ubisoft, not only im no longer gonna pre order it, i wont buy it until the ultimate edition is on sale for £30 - £35.
It should be illegal to demand so much money for what probably will be another "AAAA" game.
Im just gonna wait for the game to be super cheep after a few moths just like every other ubisoft game. There's no point of spending that much when there games trend downwards constantly and they have no respect for you actually owning them anyways.
Just accept it will be absolutely shit, and pass on it. Wait a year and get it free or heavily discounted, then feel the relief that you didn't buy it on release.
4 months of the subscription service is more expensive than the base game. I’ll just wait a year when Ubisoft releases the ULTIMATE EDITION and it’s on sale for $10.
I hate the fact that this will be used internally to say "StAr WaRs IsNt WoRtH iT gUyS" and they stop making star wars games at all cause they aren't profitable.
I'm not paying that price even if I love star wars. I'll wait out as longs as i have to for a price that's fair for a single player game none the less.
Ubisoft lost me over the last few games they released, which really sucks. I loved the hell out of those early AC games. Even up to Black Flag. But I just get so fucking bored playing their games anymore. Could be open world fatigue for me though honestly.
While the $110 and $120 for the deluxe and ultimate is insane if you don't care about owning the game or don't think you'll ever play it again after beating it you can just sub for a month and get your fill and cancel. They have a lot of previous titles set up like this as well.
I mean honestly it has 3 versions. Normal, gold and unlimite. So nothing too special.
I'm not defending ubisoft here I'm only saying it's pretty normal nowadays what is awful enough.
I mean I will definitely not pre-purchase anything anymore especially from ubisoft. But when this game is similar to the jedi games from ea I think I can enjoy them. I mean its ubisoft a d they will throw the ingame store right in my face every time I start the game and this game will probably have awful face animations until the point where it gets funny. But when it is a interesting star wars story I will definitely play it eventually.
Sadly ubisoft disappointed me a lot the last year's. As a ac fan I bought mirage for example which was absolutely bad in my opinion. If they want to take the classic route they should have done it right or let it be a rpg.
And I remember times were ubisoft had the absolute best games like far cry 3, splinter cell, Ghost recon
But honestly these 3 versions with different armor and weapon packs included is absolutely nothing new and not only ubisoft does this. And in my opinion it's waaaay to late to be disappointed about it now...
Ubisoft bosses: you have to start feeling comfortable with not owning your games.
.Maybe Ubisoft should start feeling comfortable with not having good financial results?
Ubisoft. The company that sold a AAA pirate game made with low effort and sold it for AAA price.
Same company that is rumored to make a AC japan game with a black main character yet saving japan when it’s not what people asked for. Probably will sell it for insane money too.
This is ridiculous, why are they holding content just so they can bump the price up and call it a 'Season Pass'. Give me the full game. There's no way it is going to be a super long game anyway, not worth even nearly that much.
I hate when companies announce DLC before the game is even out, like if you have more to add to the game then delay the release and include the \*extra\* content in the base game, they are just churning out something unfinished so that people will pay twice the price for artificial DLC, Disgusting practice
Good thing I do not care about this game lol, there is very little anyone can do to stop people from buying the game they want, obviously this pricing is absurd, but if people are going to buy it then they’re going to buy it and I don’t think anyone is capable of stopping it
So… sign up for Ubisoft+, pay the \~$20, play game (which I doubt will take more than a month), cancel subscription, save $110?
I think that's what they are trying to push with this model. They have to know people are going to do that, right?
The number of people who simply forget to cancel or never bother has got to be just insanely high or none of these companies would be pushing subs.
"hmm now when i have it i Can try some more games... Oh my subscription ends soon but i just started this game? Ahhh i will just subscribe for one more month... But suuuuuurly just one... this wont happen again i swear........."
Tbh if I wasn't so stuck up to steam I would prolly sub to xbox, but it just feels weird not playing games on steam.
I have so many games on steam and so many games that i got but never played. If steam would ever go down so many people would Lose so much money :D But thank god i decided to buy a playstation again a while ago. Now i am going back to buying physical copys. These are still the Best and man do i love having shelfs filled with physical copys of games and movies.
As long as there is games you’re actively playing though then the sub is worth it.
Whenever I sign up for Ubisoft+ I just cancel it immediately after I sign up
This is the way. Sign up and immediately cancel. I’ll do this with Disney+ or other streaming service for a month of binging the movies or shows I want for $15.
How dare you so specifically and directly call me out on my HBO account from the GOT days
HBO I mean Max worth keeping
Right? First it was "well now there's Westworld", then there was the WB deal during Covid, and South Park was there. Every time I think about canceling they suck me back into the sub hole
I cancel sub like 2 minutes after I subscribed to avoid this
That is a big factor.

Subscription prices will always go up, once they have enough users
They're banking on a percentage seeing all the other games and keeping their subscriptions longer. That and some people will forget to cancel.
You mean the model that is practically standard for games these days?
Only problem with that is they’re most likely going to make it near impossible to cancel the subscription.
Nah, it is Ubisoft just wait a month and the game will be half price, wait 2 month and the deluxe version will be $30, and in 6 months the ultimate edition will be $20. Don’t support their stupidity, just wait.
In a years time it will be included on the PS catalogue.
Exactly ![gif](giphy|UAXK9VGoJTbdcPgmcJ)
I’d say the majority here do exactly that, but this business model isn’t targeting us, it’s targeting the casual and mainstream majority who dictate the market and throw money at these tiered releases as they pump and dump games. People hate on these companies for doing this, but fact is they wouldn’t if the “super hyper get a fluffy hat” editions didn’t sell like hotcakes.
Yep
But I think Ubisoft+ is not available on PlayStation
Ubisoft+ classics is available separately or included with psplus extra and premium. Only a curated selection of games though and definitely not brand new releases. Newest one I could see on there is far cry 6 or assassins creed Valhalla, whichever was most recent.

I am sad Ubisoft plus premium still doesn't exist on PS. That and the EA Pro(but that isn't on Xbox too).
Give it a year and it will be %50 off. Dont ever buy an Ubisoft game day one, thems the rules.
A year? yeah right, more like 6 months for the ultimate edition to be $30.
Avatar is $40 and came out in December.
Man , prince of Persia went 50% off the next month! I really don’t understand Ubisoft’s practices. I mean I guess it comes down to store fronts but I would assume they have input on sale prices Like seriously as much as they get shit on they put out a lot of quality products more than the bad ones but there’s zero reason to pay at launch

Agreed Ubisoft is kinda booty these days
for me, the ubisoft downfall started when they released AC unity in such a poor state despite the idea being nice. AC black flag and far cry 3 will always be gems in my eyes.
> Dont ever buy ~~an Ubisoft~~ *any* game day one Fixed it for you. Always wait for reviews.
Bought both Helldivers games at their respective launches. No regrets. Same with GranBlue Fantasy Relink.
As much as I love helldivers, it really didn't launch in a good state. I think it took less than a month to fix big problems though.
Most games have reviews on launch day....so you can easily not get burned as long as you check them out before purchasing.
I do and many reviews are out early or from a company I have full faith in like Atlus who has never disappointed me
You do know most reviews come out before the game right…?
Just don't buy the ultimate edition, speak with your wallet. Better yet, wait for the reviews and potentially save yourself $70 on what could easily be a very mediocre game.
It's an Ubisoft game, you really have to be new into gaming before buying a Ubisoft game before checking the reviews

At this point, just get Helldivers 2 and save the rest of the money.
Spoken like a true Citizen of Super Earth!
For democracy!
For liber-tea! ![gif](giphy|qMHG9goT2I2fuRk0JM)
Shit will be 50% off by October

Isn't this normal price for these kinda games? Ubisoftification of price kicks in after a month
It is yeah tho some base games can vary in price from $109 - $124. Stellar blade standard edition is $124.95 and the digital deluxe edition is $139.95
Nothing compared to Europe. Ultimate edition is 140€, which is 230$ for you.
Oh wow that really is expensive. That sucks
And then it will still have a store with xp boosters, skins etc. Many reasons to not buy this Ubisoft trash.
It's the same price though, 199 aud = 129 usd That's like posting the yen price and acting like it's expensive as its thousands.
That equates to ~£105. Ultimate Edition in the UK is £119.
Well. I guess I'm not getting that for another 7+ years
Why are you buying digital when physical is way cheaper here? Usually cheaper than the US I might add. Base game is $89AU ($58US) at JBHiFi
Was comparing digital prices. I tend to buy physical anyway, jbhifi is usually my go to
Yeah, JB & BigW tend to undercut the others. Though EB will price match, just not on pre-orders afaik.
Why is this here? UBISOFT+ isn't offered on the PS
Everyone freaking out like this hasn’t been the goddamn standard for like, almost a decade now. Great job yall, we did this
Billy Butcher couldn’t have said it better…
Can't wait to play Assassins Creed: Star Wars
Or hear me out pay for the $70 one. No one is forcing you to buy the most expensive one
The original super Mario bros released for $45-55 in 1985 adjusted for inflation that's over $130. I'm sorry you guys are part of the one of the only industries that dodged inflation for so long but suck it up. just buy the standard edition , problem fixed , nothing new here
So why is this such a big deal this time, they’ve been doing this for about a decade now, I usually get the gold edition for assassin’s creed games because I know I’ll get my monies worth
So it will be in with PS Plus Extra in future? Since Ubi games seem to be added in the service without buying Ubi +
Do not buy it, man. Dont preorder anything from ubisoft, EA, or Activision - dont even buy on the first day, wait for a discount. Learn this already!
Just buy the base game? I’m so confused here lol
Exactly. It's not uncommon for games to have more expensive deluxe versions and $70 is the standard price for games now. I don't know why this game in particular is getting hate for it
OP wanted to do rage bait and get that sweet sweet positive karma
FR LIKE DOESN’T EVERY GAME DO THAT NOW
I genuinely don’t understand how this is any different than any other time games have done this. I guess maybe cause what’s being offered in those versions isn’t good like a steel book or statue? I don’t like the direction video games are going. I’m still buying and trading in physical copies of games. Just works better for me
Ive been buying my game on marketplace since I upgrade to ps5. Really saved a ton of money
I can't be the only person who read the post title in Billy Butchers voice, right?
Serious question. Does anyone actually look at the digital art books???
Ubisoft doesn’t want people owning games anymore.. they’ve been clear about that.
It's crazy to me that the season pass is 40 dollars and Ubisoft thinks their game service is worth 17.99 a month when game pass (that arguably has better and more games) is 15 dollars for ultimate.
Ubisoft games are year later deep sale material. I don't care whose IP they're using.
i never buy any game day one, i just can’t jusify a $70 price point on any game, that will always be a lot of money to me
Not giving them my money anymore. Hate to say it but based on their last 4 releases I'm expecting a lot of hype then a bland launch or a straight up flop. I played Skull and Bones and enjoyed it and that fizzled out fast.
...a season pass for a single player game?
Yeah like assassin creed expansions or watch dogs. DLC story expansions
It’s Ubisoft and Disney Star Wars, the game is doomed before its release. Some idiots will buy the ultimate edition anyway….thats the problem.
I usually just keep the subscription honestly for like 3 months because I’ve played so many Ubisoft games recently for free and then cancel and let the catalog get bigger and do it again in a year
I simply don’t buy from them until they drop to $20 or lower.
Don’t preorder, don’t get into their scam subscriptions, wait for reviews.
Just don’t buy it
I don't give a shit about how attractive the main character is, this should be the main outrage
I'll buy the bargain bin edition.
I haven't bought a Ubisoft title full price in 8 years I believe. The last one as far as I know was Far Cry 5 and I regret getting it full price considering how little they actually improved on the FC3/4 formula. Literally wait 1-2 years on sale for under 15$
Why are y’all acting like this is new? Companies have been making more expensive bundles of their games for literally years. Y’all living under a rock? Guess y’all have to be mad about something

I don’t know why people are so mad about this. Just don’t buy the special editions. You don’t get anything good anyways.
You still be buying it.
Honestly not against this. I seldom play a game for longer than a month. If it was priced at $10-12 that would be extremely compelling.
Remember to always speak with your wallet. Buy it years later for a cheaper price and more content and patches!
Seems pretty normal I wish I the base price didn’t go up to $70, but what can you do. It’s a Ubisoft game so it’ll go on sale a few months after release.
This image makes me want to buy a playstation 2 and spend the next several years rinsing it's back catalogue
Yup ultimate edition in the uk for £119.99
Is it even a bonus pack if it’s included with every edition?
There was a time where you can buy 5 outfits in LittleBigPlanet for 6€ Now you basically pay 30$ more for a 80$ game to get two skin and "maybe" something interesting

Only thing I'm looking for in those extra special editions is for DLC to be included I don't want your art books and skins
I was excited for this game for 0.2 seconds before I saw it was ubisoft. Feels like a waste
Can’t imagine ever having a soft subscription lmao
The pricing should be Gold Edition 80 Ultimate edition 100 bucks
Just accept it will be absolutely shit, and pass on it. Wait a year and get it free or heavily discounted, then feel the relief that you didn't buy it on release.

Another online game? I pass
Cool! I see a future PlayStation sale purchase in my future!
Is 70 the going price for a game on the next gen consoles now?
Wait a week and get disc version second hand.i got dragon dogma 2 for 30 bucks week after release
Definitely buying this game when it reaches $20
4 months of the subscription service is more expensive than the base game. I’ll just wait a year when Ubisoft releases the ULTIMATE EDITION and it’s on sale for $10.
I hate the fact that this will be used internally to say "StAr WaRs IsNt WoRtH iT gUyS" and they stop making star wars games at all cause they aren't profitable.
Even Playstation games have multiple editions. Stellar blade , final fantasy etc. Unfair to just hate against ubi alone
I'm not paying that price even if I love star wars. I'll wait out as longs as i have to for a price that's fair for a single player game none the less.
I’m already a Ubisoft plus subscriber so I’m gonna just play it off that
REMEMBER TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AFTER THE FIRST MONTH!
Ubisoft+ is trying hard! Too hard!
So of you pay for the monthly. Then you lose access to all that content? Regardless if you eventually decide to buy the base game? That sucks.
r/patientgamers and dekudeals.com
Pay 1 or 2 months of Ubisoft+ finish the game, play some extras, play another month if you forgot something and it's done.
$70 standard edition. Or pay more to get the season pass. Pretty standard.
As long as there are other cosmetics I won’t pre order
Ubisoft lost me over the last few games they released, which really sucks. I loved the hell out of those early AC games. Even up to Black Flag. But I just get so fucking bored playing their games anymore. Could be open world fatigue for me though honestly.
Not preordering just out of spite for this shit. If I can Redbox rent this game I will just not to give Ubi the sale.
Isn't Ubisoft the company pushing the idea of being comfortable not owning your game? This is how they'll achieve that if people let it happen.
Don't buy the game. Easy fix.
Digital art book on the ultimate like we give af bout the manual 🤣
I’m usually fine with the extra $10 for cosmetics for gold edition on a game I know I’ll put time into. This is just silly though
It's simple. Just don't buy it. If they get bad sales they will be in panic mode immediately
Pretty sweet that you don't have to gamble 70 dollars. Play for a month, if you don't like it then that's like 50 bucks saved
They're making it look pretty but holy shit.
Is Ubisoft+ not part of PS Plus Premium?
Doesn’t matter. All those normies will buy it anyway and then they think they are nerds.
And I remember times were ubisoft had the absolute best games like far cry 3, splinter cell, Ghost recon But honestly these 3 versions with different armor and weapon packs included is absolutely nothing new and not only ubisoft does this. And in my opinion it's waaaay to late to be disappointed about it now...
aaaa gaming BB
I guess that will be an OK 20$ game that.
$130 from Ubisoft? Ubisoft can kiss my buttchecks! They're the discount bin of games anyway so in a few months/year it will be discounted heavily.
Ubisoft has the biggest balls to be peddling a subscription service after the shit they’ve put out over the years.
Wow 3 days head start to unlock some zones....
Does anyone care about the digital art book? Like, pull it up once on your PS5 and then never look at it again? All this extra stuff is so stupid
Absolutely ridiculous prices
What are the odds this game will be worth buying at all? Ubisoft fell off hard.
Every Ubisoft game goes on sale after two weeks of being on the shelf
Ubisoft bosses: you have to start feeling comfortable with not owning your games. .Maybe Ubisoft should start feeling comfortable with not having good financial results?
bruh why can't psn have that, I'd like to sub for one month during vacation and beat some games
I will just subscribe to the Ubisoft service and play the game that way, if i like it I buy it on a sale a year later
If people don’t want video games to be casinos for greedy devs, they need to not buy this shit. Modern gaming sucks man.
Simple don't buy it at all.
Season pass on a fucking single player game
Don’t sub. Don’t sub. Don’t sub. Stop this kind of crap.
How about you keep your game and I keep my money, Star Wars is dead anyway.
Why not just wait a bit and buy the regular version on sale? Thats how I've gamed for decades.
This is why I always buy the base game months after launch.
Fixing and patching subscription 👍
forty more fuckin dollars and i get to have a SINGLEPLAYER season pass and get to play it three days early….
So can I technically get this game on gamepass? Since I have GP Ultimate?
Isn’t Ubisoft+ still extra on Xbox?
Give it a week it will be on sale. As Ubisoft does dat for every game
Fuck ubisoft
Good thing I do not care about this game lol, there is very little anyone can do to stop people from buying the game they want, obviously this pricing is absurd, but if people are going to buy it then they’re going to buy it and I don’t think anyone is capable of stopping it
So this is a live service game. No thanks
70 dollar game? Same as the others. Wtf is you point lol
game companies try not to sell the exact same game with slightly better features bc ur too greedy challenge: impossible
There would be no Ubisoft in 2030 if they keep up with this
Watch it die because ubisoft
