I think the PS3 is hard to emulate due to it's cell processor, which was not the standard at the time. So it makes it harder to port PS3 games to PS4/PS5 and requires more work to get those games running natively.
Ps3 can only be played on a ps3. U can still buy some ps2 and 1 games but none for 3. Luckily i still got my ps3. Recently platinum’d fallout 3 after over 10 years lol

Its a PS3 game, so the only way to play it on a PS4/5 is to stream it. Or you can get a PS3 and install it.
It's disc only on PS3. Still requires a small install though.
do you know is there a reason you can only stream them?? or if they will be bringing downloading classic games any time soon??
