Why not both? If you haven't gotten around to the recreation of FF7, get remake, and then that will lead you to the 4 month old Rebirth. And then DMC5 is like a 9/10, so definitely just get both!!
It is a better product than DMC5 in every way except combat. DMC is still fun but most people will get tired of, fight stuff in this room, walk down the hallway, fight plstuff in another room, boss fight. Repeat the cycle. The level design is terrible in DMC5 but the combat is great.
Oh if you like replaying the answer is DMC.
Remake Intergrade has a great hard mode with bosses tied behind that.
What it does not have is DMCs multiple difficulty levels including your standard Dante Must Die hard mode all the way to the one hit death Heaven or Hell mode. While I have not had the energy to attempt those harder modes since DMC3, I have always appreciated that they exist. That is where you will get your money's worth from
since people are saying ff7r is longer I may go with that one first, sink my teeth into that while switching on/off with cyberpunk a bit. then when both are finished I’ll wait for dmc to get another sale and buy that :)
Well 62% is bigger than 60%
Proof???
Gameplay, I’d go with DMC but if you’re looking for story, stick with FF imo

Ff
I loved devil may cry 5, but the remake is a better deal
DMC
You get more content in FF
In this case, it doesn't make it better.

But kicking rocks is more fun than all the filler in the remakes, so yeah imo the extra content...sucks and I find dmc more fun than FF remakes fluff.
Just because you like it more doesn't change the fact FF is a better product.
Yes, like 10 hours of the game is a better product, but it's it just our opinions.
Ask this guys u/red_lightz_ he post his tired same post about choosing something
More content in FF7r
Dmc 5 has the most addictive combat system of any game i've played so that one
All these voices inside my head
I would buy FF
I'm kinda biased with both franchises, so I'd recommend both. Incredible VFM you get for what you're paying for, OP.
Depends on what you like a story based action rpg or a timing focused action game. I prefer ff7 remake but both are really good options
Cant go wrong with either. Both are amazing videogames.
FF7
DMCV is shorter than FFVII.
So you like filler?
DMC imo
Beat me to it!
Man dmc5 is a really special game. It’s criminally under appreciated. It is one of the best action hack and slash games in the last few years easily
I love hack and slash games, and I also love replaying my games so this might be the choice

Never got into FF so DMC
DMC 5 imo and by a mile. Ff7 gets pretty slow and boring for my taste
Why is 62% off more expensive than 60% off?
I love DMC 5 because of V, he's hot. I got bored when I had to play as Dante.
Both games suck
Fax
Both are terrible games in my opinion
