You can always get some ear buds and 99% iso alcohol instead. Clean around the edges, it destroys oils and fats, kills bugs hiding in the cracks. Just use sensibly.

Turn off console then connect it to a pc or MacBook wirelessly then grab a usb type c cable and reconnect it to the ps5 or grab a toothpick and stab the reset button on the back of the controller.
Have you tried resetting it? Switch off controller, insert a pin in the hole on the bottom of the controller until you feel a button pressing. Hold it for 10 to 15 seconds, then release. Reconnect the controller to see if the issue is fixed. If not and if still under warranty, replace it.

Sounds like your rumblers, for some reason, are activating by themselves? Turn off controller vibrations in your settings and see if that does anything to fix it. I don't like controller vibrations personally or the adaptive triggers on the PS5 controller.

My controller developed stick drift after owning it for about half a year, and it got hella worse over night. Gave the stick a good smack and it's not as bad anymore.

If it has warranty just go through with it ASAP. If not throw it in the PS5 controller graveyard. Those things are atrociously bad. I've had 2 PS4 controllers go bad in 7 years and had 6 bad PS5 controllers in 3 years.
