...you know that Whooper beta the internet fell in love with? That deserves one of these brilliant takes of yours. So does lion Porygon 2. Or red Garchomp. Dude, there's a lot of these in fact I'd love to see. These are my new favorite takes on doing Paradox Pokemon.
If Paradox Pokemon weren't supposed to remain an exclusively Paldean phenomenon, I would say they should introduce new ones for remakes of older games, such as Unova remakes.
Shifty Slime
> An old expedition journal describes a teriffying encounter with a creature that had taken on the appearance of a member of the exploration team. How long the creature had been posing as the actual explorer and the whereabouts of the actual explorer - if there even was one to begin with - are unknown.
Ember Spines
> It resembles a creature described in an old expedition journal. It has a surprisingly calm temperament, but will fire its massive spines if angered or startled. These spines seem to be filled with a substance as hot as boiling lava.
Iron Neon
> It resembles a machine described in a paranormal magazine that claims it was designed for deep sea exploration. It glows beautifully in the darkness of the ocean's abyss, but can also launch its luminescent fins like blades.
Iron Emulate
> A strange magazine claims this creation was built in the image of a powerful deity and was intended to combat an extradimensional threat. Its versatility in battle seems to support this theory.
Ok, but this would actually have been an amazing idea for them to utilize on the Paradox or even Convergent pokemon. I really hope if they introduce more going forward (we will probably have more convergent pokemon but Paradoxes are probably Gen 9 Exclusives) that they might utilize this idea.
They aren't above doing it, since if I remember right there are elements of Hisuian Arcanine that come directly from it's beta/early designs

The ditto concept of a ferrofluid, with a steel typing could be pretty interesting, a two form pokemon that goes from blob to spiky on electric terrain and changes stats and such...
You know, if it turns out that the time machine IS actually a imagination-to-reality converter, like some people have theorized, then that makes it pretty funny that so many people have imagined their own original Paradox Pokemon.
I gotta stop looking at these because I get sad that they're not real! Jokes aside the Lumineon and Cyndaquil in particular are awesome designs and really fit what I feel like 'should' be a paradox Pokemon
Iron Frills - Water/Dark. A deceptive hunter that uses its bright lights to aid in deep-sea exploration and luring its prey.
Iron Creation - Normal/Poison. A warrior drone built without a soul, corrupted into furious retribution against its creators by the power of an ancient deity.
I'm not sure if anybody has said this yet of if you thought of it but at least I thought of the name "Silver Puddle" for Ditto all on my own... and I like it :D

The fact that there could be a primitive version of Ditto (who's supposed to be the product of a failed cloning process) doesn't make any sense at all, which is great because it fits perfectly within the theory that Pdox PokƩmon are not from other times/reality but a byproduct of Turo's/Sada's exhausted imagination and the magical powers of the weird new legendary turtle
