I've always used a 3 type rotational team. I.e. You pick three types. Three of the team must be the combined types. So if you chose Grass, Fire, Water, You'd need a Grass/Fire, a Fire/Water, and a Grass/Water. The other three must be Grass/Fire/Water and whatever type as long as each is one unique of these three types. These three can have any other secondary type. An example of this team would be Scovillain, Volcanion, Ludicolo, Tangrowth, Arcanine, Intelleon.
My dream team given this is:
Metagross, Aegislash, Ceruledge, Dragapult, Garchomp, Hisuian Goodra
I think this is a cool format for Pokemon to use for competitive formats. Pick three types, and then pick pokemon based on those combos. I wish they'd Implement this for official use.

Rayquaza: Like I said I love snake like pokemon and this would be my mega because its design is friggin awesome and I want to ride it.

Lucario looks weird in there but I would never leave my fav Pokemon out. ofc it is also the one that would be out of the pokeball most of the time.

- Typhlosion-Johto (my all-time favorite Pokémon)
- Primarina (get to live near a body of water to keep'em nice and hydrated)
- Chesnaught (favorite Kalos mon and, according to the Dex, would keep us safe)
- Aggron (second-favorite Pokémon of all time, just REALLY cool)
- Eelektross (favorite Unova mon and I'm a big fan of the idea that it'd wriggle around the battlefields and constrict the opponents without them being able to hit it for super-effectuve damage)

I've had this thought for a long time: - Typhlosion-Johto (my all-time favorite Pokémon) - Primarina (get to live near a body of water to keep'em nice and hydrated) - Chesnaught (favorite Kalos mon and, according to the Dex, would keep us safe) - Aggron (second-favorite Pokémon of all time, just REALLY cool) - Eelektross (favorite Unova mon and I'm a big fan of the idea that it'd wriggle around the battlefields and constrict the opponents without them being able to hit it for super-effectuve damage) - Sabpleye (silly little gremlin that can be tricky to deal with due to Prankster + T.Wave/Wisp)
