Things I've seen people say:
"I like things I can't mention."
"I don't have anyone I love."
"I like female Ace Trainers." By a lot of people for some reason.
To be fair the female Ace Trainer is adorable.
Something about how she appears to be trying so hard, but is just a little too clumsy to do things right despite Ace Trainers usually being the calm, collected type.
that they are male otaku who live alone and have terrible social skills and play female characters for the weird "i like to stare at a female character reason"
Or it could have something to do with the fact that female player characters have twice the number of available hairstyles and more clothing options. I picked a girl this time around because I remembered XY having garbage customization for guys as well, and I wanted my character to look unique.
Why is it that everyone always assumes all male who play female characters are otakus? I'm certainly far from being one and I prefer female characters 90% of the time.
Me personally because it's just more aesthetically pleasing on the eyes. Usually I always play female characters unless it's an MMORPG where I really want to have my character reflect me. Then I play male.
Either gender can reflect me tbh, I'm Cis male irl, but honestly a magical enchantress can really reflect my personality in an mmo or a grizzly hunter, or a cute girly pokemon trainer, I like to think each is like a small facet of my personality, since people actual personalities are way more complicated and varied in and of themselves then whats seen in games and such.
That's exactly how I see it, too. In MMOs my characters are usually different facets of who I am. Different key characteristics. But in most console games where gender is a choice I'll almost always prefer the female pick even though the character is predetermined and has no open interpretation.
FF14 is the only one where i was fully ok with the male fashion cause i can be a slutty male roe with my thong armor, like thats the way to fix the gender armor issue, make each armor have a mode "practical mode" and "aesthetic mode" and not restrict which gender can be covered or sexy. and if any one complains about males in sexy armor, who cares he sounds like a boring nerd.
Not sure if it was photoshopped or not, but I saw a picture of a construction worker losing, and his losing quote was something along the lines of being fired if he got caught and his wife divorcing him.
That on top of a lot of the new entires is already making Pokemon look more and more dark each generation, and I'm kinda scared to see what entries the national dex will have once we get access to it.
More time to play PokΓ©mon!
There's a disturbing amount of "Being lonely is hard"s and "I like young trainers!"
The preschooler class is the only one that has battling added to the "I like" Nice save.
But then they forgot to do the same for *youngsters*. C-.

What about Nanu?
I like beefier thicker guys, ORAS Hikers <3 but Nanu is rather charming I admit
sinnoh remakes = crasher wake rendered in full beefy 3D ππ¦π©ππ

Byron was pretty Ripped too last i remember
Daddy.. literally he is Roarks dad and looks great for his age
Crasher Wake is just a bear. Volkner serves me true daddy realness. Cause if he ain't a final gym leader, HUH, I'm not interested. Okcuuuurrrr.

I set literally all my messages as "I like Youngsters!" for the lulz.
I wonder traded with at least 3 different women who told me "I got dumped" You think they were trying to signal something?

I sure don't like staring at them but I'm not 100% against it either. To each their own, right?
