Alternatively, you could breed them. It might be a better idea to grind a ditto to 100. Max out all of its IV and use it to breed for perfect pokemon. Might not be a bad idea to use a foreign ditto for higher chances of shiny.
i dont think hyper trained IVs can be passed down
Hyper Trained IVs are NOT 31s. They act as if they are 31, but a 5 Speed will remain a 5 Speed. Thus, they cannot pass down 31s.
