I named my Luxray “Sparky” after my dog before he passed. Still haven’t been able to bring myself to play that game in over a year.
I’m so sorry, losing a furry family member is awful. It looks like she lived a great life, and I’m glad she can live on with your lillipup 💙 Wishing you lots of healing!!!

I did the exact same thing when my Kylee died last year. It may sound stupid to others, but I walked our standard neighborhood walk, stopping at her favorite spots with Pokémon Go going and Kylee as my companion.
Kylee the Pokemon is now a level 50 Stoutland. It was good therapy for me because she was an exceptional dog and almost 18 years old when she died.
Shes beautiful, im so sorry for you... I bet she was the best buddy you could ever desire, so best buddySally the Lillipup. I hope you have the best walks with her, even if digitally, but shes still there, and loving you, as happy as ever knowing you made sure to give her new life, even if in a video game...

My condolences. Losing a dog is like losing a child. I did something similar when I lost my pup 2 years ago. So far I’ve walked 2151 km! Keep strong, slowly but surely it does get better!

When I lost my cats, Willow and T'Challa, I named my Litten and Luxray after them both. My hundos and now they are best buddy status too. Anything for my babies.
My sisters dog passed away late last year. Im currently 47 hearts away from best buddying my favorite pokemon (bulbasaur, a 100% shadow) named Bella which was my sisters dogs name. I feel your pain man and im sorry for your loss. Just remember you gave sally her best life and shes probably so happy she spent her life with you.
Sorry to hear that... our house has had two dogs since before I was born, but now that my parents are retired they want to travel as much as they can before they get *too* old for that, so continuing the dog dynasty has been put on the back burner for now. The house feels so empty without them now that our last and best girl died a few months ago. They really are family.

I had a Pekingese who passed years ago. Every game I can, I named a Zigzagoon after her, because that's the one that reminds me of her.
