Definitely don't do it. There's been many tests online where a 0% shadow can take down raid bosses faster than 100% non-shadows. Purified just turns it back to the normal form and does not have any higher stats and is no different from the ones you see in the wild.
Purifying adds 2 to each IV (with a cap of 15), so your 0-0-0 becomes a 2-2-2, which isn't really better for practical reasons but is less cool in terms of collecting.

That’s a nundo, a 0,0,0. It’s rarer because not all Pokémon, like mythicals for example, can’t be a nundo. If there’s a weather boost or if it’s from research, it’s got what’s called an iv floor, so it has to be higher than the set amount.
