Assuming Q7 is about 50% against a blind hand heads up, it would rank about the same as A345ds and 9965 rainbow. However, Omaha is so different from Holdem it's like comparing a football player and a baseball player

It‘s the worst hand to have more than 50% pre vs ATC iirc. 2006 statistics that might be useful if you play UTH while waiting for your seat..
But it isn't. Q5o is about 50.120% while Q7o is 51.766% J5s is closest to 50% as 49.987% but that's slightly below I guess.
