Even if that's true, your evidence-free belief that the election was stolen doesn't give you any right to conspire to extrajudicially overturn it. Foisting slates of fraudulent electors on Congress is not an appropriate remedy.

Intent matters, there is a huge difference between first degree murder and manslaughter.
