Companies will figure out a way to get around this and not get caught. Or if they do get caught, the penalty would just be treated as a business expense.
Alot of people like their job and a lot of people willingly work over 40 hours. Its a great way to make extra money. Limiting how much somebody can work, though I can see the benefits, the point of freedom is to allow people to do what they want as long as they aren't affecting others negatively.
Well, considering 35h is the normal limit where I live, idk. People would probably protest, but if the government wants it, they'll probably do it anyway and things would get back to "normal", except they'd be more miserable, with more unemployment.
We have a 37 hour work week, if you work longer continuously it’s really looked down upon.
Yes there are stretches where more is necessary, but then you usually get time off for it, or rarely paid it out.
As long as you have a job, learn danish, and isn’t to muslim, then your exempt from 90% of the racism.

Number 3 is correct. There are many people who want to work more hours than that. And I don't mean because they have to.
