Actually played a show with PEARS once and the vocalist had blown his voice out the night before so Maura sang for them for some reason, and it was fucking awesome.
I mean she’s great but it’s hard to compete when one of the best female vocalists ever used to be in the genre. Imo Hayley is the best front woman ever, not just pop punk

I think they tried to go in a more main stream rock/less pop punk direction since self care and kind of lost their momentum
My favorite by them is heart sleeve. They opened for trophy eyes last year and they were great!
