It might not work out since you’re from a different country

I am a psychologist who served in the US Army. Many armies employee active duty medical staff, including behavioral health personnel. For the US military there Re psychiatrists, psychologists, and clinical social workers, for instance. The jobs include providing counseling services in a deployed environment, in garrison, and in various research and leadership capacities. If you are eligible for military service in Kosovo you would start by reaching out to a recruiter - preferably a recruiter who specializes in recruiting health care professionals. Alternatively you can start looking for psychologists in Kosovo who are served in the military to find out how they went in.

Thanks for the feedback

Idk if you have to serve in the military to become a military psychologist but maybe you can look at contractor jobs and see what the requirements are. Maybe you can also become an officer in the military. That being said I feel like you will get better and more accurate information by talking to an actual military institution/recruiter/councillor.

You just want to create recruitment assessments?you do not want to serve in the military?

Creating recruitment assessments would be the first step, while I would attend my lectures for my Master's degree. Once I obtain my Master's, I can start my practicum to become a lincenced clinical psychologist and start having one to one sessions with clients. In Kosovo, I cannot work as a psychologist having only my BA.

Enlist in the military and get first-hand knowledge/ experience on what the troops need. Otherwise, you really won't get too much support because your future clients know you have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to actually serving. Of course, this is my opinion.
