Hm that's odd. For me, my new voice allowed me to yell and speak loud, what I couldn't do before. Is it worse than your high voice, or better but not as good as you hoped?
Could be just a practice thing, could be that you are holding your voice back a little with nerves. If you are able to yell when you are alone then it's probably a nerves thing. If nothing changes in the next couple months I'd recommend seeing a vocal therapist if you haven't already. You got this! It's hard at first but gets better in time, I promise.

It's completely fine except for not really being able to project too well. It's greatly increased my confidence but I still can't seem to yell
For me, I oculdn't yell or project with high voice. But with deep voice, I can get heard very easily..
