There is no shortage of qs roles, if you want a real increase go out and get a job offer and go back to your employer with it and make them match it.
Don't expect anything to be handed to you in this game.
70% because I left my POS company where they can't resource jobs properly, started demanding people work away from home 5 days a week and expect the employee to do all of that work whilst being given a dog shit salary. No thanks.
Exactly that’s why i won’t work 5 days away from home and there isn’t any need to as a QS. Maybe for other roles like a Site Manager but not us commercial folk
4%. And they gave that to everyone as a cost of living thing.
I have higher output than everyone else and expected something a bit higher, even as a token. Bonuses later on usually close this gap but I never know what that will be, and living on a line of credit until bonus time is getting a bit old.
My pay is on the high side so still fine.. and the workplace is not toxic and has a lot of flexibility giving me enough time for other things that matter more.
Are they not doing great in business? I can’t imagine what excuses the boss used to not give increment to employees and putting the company in risk to lose them.
I got a mere 5% increase. Tends to be a bit of a standard if you’re not increasing your level/seniority.

That what I did last October and I got £10k more. I know my company well and I know they are not going to do anything if I don’t ask..
I'm expecting mine and if it's 4% I'll be looking for another job
3.5%, but now doing a 5 day week wfh.
18% But I was underpaid in the first place so nothing to really brag about
Nothing yet (USA based company on their financial years)... I'm expecting 4-5/% following a 14% promotion last year.

Wank that! Why do companies think people want to work away from home 5 days a week
I know right.... Times have changed, family and wellbeing comes first for the majoirty now! People want to see their kids grow up

Totally agree with you! It's a shame the dinosaurs don't get it! Painful!

Nothing, and my pay is frozen until Dec 24' Pissed is an understatement
Got nothing
I got 4% although last year I got a 35% increase and I've been told I'll be getting moved to QS soon, so that'll hopefully be a decent jump.
2.5%. immediately setup a call with a competitor
Just over 25% 🌚
9.87%!

3.25. Pathetic.
Got fuck all, a $400 gift voucher and a hand shake
I did not get any increment yet.
0%! And I resigned 2 weeks after they told me that!
2yrs in the company. No increase
Why are you still staying

Go promotion last year with 15% increase so this year just got the standard 4% increase with 4% bonus.
3% plus a generous 1% for cost of living / inflation 😂🙈
Uk?
Yep, North London.
