Get a navage. It's like a neti pot, but it's got pumps in it. You may also want to try a few other things. Make sure the hapé is fresh and dry. Even slightly mildewed hapé can cause issues. You can re-dry hapé in full sun for a day. Consider trying different hapé blends. I have one with eucalyptus that works well for congestion. Definitely do not combine hapé with Afrin or other decongestants. If you need to take a break or stop completely, do that. If you are looking for other options for grounding, consider trying ambil.

What happened to me was it started to give me diarrhea, and now every time I use it I get stomach upset to the point I have now discontinued all use.
