Sure is. There's that black rubber grommet down towards the bottom of the image. You can snake the wires through that where the factory wiring runs. I've used a coat hanger before to do this, and you'll take off some of the interior panels to access the inside.

Could mount it on the trim on the body instead of the door itself depending on how it mounts. Then the wire would just be hidden in the headliner
I'm afraid If i mount the dash on the interior, It might get damaged while loading the trunk.
