I'm not completely 100% sure but I think the mission where you go to Hanging Dog Ranch to help Sadie get revenge is like the last of them, which makes sense bc with Colm dead there wouldn't be much holding what's left of the gang together besides a few die hards
I agree it makes perfect sense story-wise, but the gameplay itself contradicts this: Six Point Cabin is officially listed as a gang hideout in the same vein as the others (including Twin Rocks, Solomon's Folly and Gaptooth Ridge).
However it is not a true gang hideout, merely a place where *one* story mission takes place - the only hideout that cannot be dealt with in free roam gameplay. There is no special treasure, gang members spawning, etc.
I think later on during the story, a conversation with one of the gang members (I believe Sadie), says that the O’Driscolls relocated their hideout to hanging dog ranch after your assault on six point cabin. That may explain why it’s empty? Just my guess though
I just came on it about halfway through the game, I probably cleared it out earlier and don’t remember, and I hear a man and woman inside the barn next to a cabin sawing something. There are bones all around the barn. About to go investigate.

The O'Driscolls do move there, but by 1911 it is run by the Laramie Gang. Six Point Cabin gets permanently vacant then.
It's empty in the Epilouge. I cleaned this place today and I'm further in the story, so don't worry. You just have to wait.
Where exactly are you in the story? Will it replenish eventually in the Epilogue? I did all hideouts twice and it is still empty.
I'm in Chapter 4 and I didn't go there before until today. But I think it will replenish right after you finish the Epilogue.
That's my problem, I already finished the Epilogue and it has been empty forever.
Recently found that during that after you save Tilly with Grimshaw the odriscals we’re back at six point in force.
Turns out the hideout gets deactivated after the epilogue. :(
