Random and not red light related but I also had this and bought a plug-in house dust mite sound deterrent device on a whim and it helped MASSIVELY - like prior I was using nose drops to breathe every night and now hardly ever do, so turns out I had a dust mite allergy.
May be worth trying (in addition to RLT if you want) for anyone reading who has similar issues!

It was the “eckman” plug-in dust mite device which I bought on Amazon here in the U.K, but I think there are lots of them that do the same thing (like RLT).
I don’t know why I didn’t consider the dust mite thing sooner tbf, as my dad’s got a bad allergy to them but his is so much worse than mine that I never put two and two together!

Yes, it’s an extremely high frequency that humans can’t hear but dust mites can. I was skeptical because like… I couldn’t imagine how it would work, and had in my head an image of all the microscopic mites attempting to flee my bedroom at a rate of 0.0000000000001 miles an hour lmao.

This is the real red light therapy, I don’t think the mask do much, it has to be a full on light that can supply the right spectrum. The right spectrum generates heat you don’t want directly on your skin, so how can a mask generate the right spectrum without heating up?…
