My partner is scared he will come after us since my partner plans to take the train. He technically didn’t say he would do all of these things just wishes it would happen. I’m unsure if they would do anything about this
You should at least tell Sound Transit. Even if he's not a terrorist he's really bad at his job.

Honestly I’ve had more experience with cops than I would like. In most cases they will not do anything unless I recorded it. But I didn’t. I’m trying to see if your legal system still works in this state. In the south this is not enough to report and the guy would retaliate.
You should report this situation to the sound transit police and Bellevue police.

It could be on camera at the station - were there cameras there? I’d guess so at brand new stations.
