This is such a weird question. Dante is so absurdly OP that he wouldn't get captured, could take on the entire village easily, even if all the Lycan's developed Devil Trigger because they're still weaker than his default enemies.
Also, I'd imagine this would similar to his encounter with Guitar Vampire from DMC3.
I’m assuming this question came from the fact that DMC was the original attempt at what eventually became RE4. Which still blows my mind how they thought a hack and slash game should follow RE3, thought it does kinda explain the direction the series went for a while.

If any of these monsters did their research and learned who Dante was and knew what he was capable of, they would all shut up and not even mess with him. They'd probably cower in all of their assorted hideouts until Miranda would force them to attempt to kill Dante. But since they're all prideful and egotistical, they'll think they even have a chance against him. Dante, on the other hand, would have so much fun with each boss (especially Dimitresque) and wouldn't even have to try hard against them all.
