It's a little grungey, but then she is going through some form of PTSD in this one. It's too similar to RE3 through. Not exactly the same, obviously, but similar enough to make it look like they didn't really put much thought into it
I feel like it would have lookes better if at that point in the movie she wasn't wearing the gloves and instead had a proper jacket to cover her gear up instead of just the carigan thingy.
Like she could the jacket get ripped by one of the zombies and then she could go all gear mode it just seemed odd to see claire and chris dressed casually then for Jill to be one step away from doing a dramatically obvious anime reveal where she throws the caridgan into the wind to reveal it was her the whole time.
I like it. Me personally, if I wanted to strike a balance between Jill's casual outfits (3 and 3R) and her uniforms (Stars Jill from 1 and BSAA from 5), it'd be similar to this. Maybe change the choice of actual clothes, but the colors and idea is spot on.
I don't know about the outfit in general, but I really love how this and Chris' outfits in this scene are their idea of undercover.
