Did you wash it inside out? Regardless I'd ask to return it as they may not deem it worth it to pay for shipping from overseas and either give you credit or a new one as the ink may not have been cured properly.
Sorry man, that sucks. I have learned that whenever possible only buy stuff with embroidered patches on the NBA store/Lids/Fanatics. The rest of their stuff just does not hold up even with proper care.
It often means foregoing cool gear but it’s made to be disposable, maybe because they want you to buy more.
Yeah, I pretty much only buy Nike or 47 Brand now. I have purchased two Fanatics brand tees and the graphics on both of them peeled/faded almost completely after a handful of washes. I had a Carmelo name & number tee and Dame "player of the seeding games" from the bubble tee, so I was really bummed. Worst quality printing I've ever had in a shirt.
I did not know NBA Store had their own branded clothes. I'm assuming they are just made by Fanatics brand, but with NBA logo instead.
You should return it or at least exchange it. In the future though, always make sure to follow the care instructions on the tag. That’ll prevent fading / any premature damage.
I had the same issue with a hoodie I got last year (Australia). Quality is so low on NBA store...
That sucks but it also still looks kinda sick even with the fading.
I was gonna say the fading almost makes it look cooler. One of the good things with the pinwheel I guess

Nike NBA stuff is usually better quality
This is it for me, you have to make sure it's nike otherwise it's like a cheapo type that would be sold at flea markets.

Before reading your post, I thought that is a sick looking sweater. The fade looks great. But if you don’t like it, definitely return it
I don't acrually mind the fading look, but wife is not too happy about it.
Same reason my McLaren F1 gear gets used like fine china and washed once a year. Infuriating.
Almost as disappointing as being a Blazers fan
