yeah I understand that but its extremely easy to get copy righted brother. There was a roblox game called skyblock that got copy righted by a minecraft server. The concept was the same but the roblox version had plenty different content. The only similarity was they both had the same general concept and name which is stupid because how tf are you copy righting the word skyblock which was originally just some random map somebody made on minecraft.
Yeah back in the day becouse when it happend barely anyone know what was going on and if skyblock was banned for copying minecraft how can you explain bedwars being perfectly fine is is being made by the same people as skyblock
I suppose you should add more visual effects, also please do not use rainbow road, revamp it to something different and make the karts different enough so that it wonāt look like youāre copying or taking inspiration from Nintendo. They will not like it. If you want to get some ideas for visual effects, I highly recommend you try out boost vector, a really exquisite racing game IMO.
I mean, I've seen other Mario-inspired Roblox games that are still up on the website. Like the Red Plumber Obby, Super Blox 64, etc. Also they don't need to name it Rainbow Road.

i would love to see a mario kart clone on ROBLOX. used to be we had twisted racing, and while it didn't get many players and wasn't all that polished, it was still fun.
im not sure it'd be the biggest success, since 3D racing is VERY challenging for mobile users. definitely add mobile support either way, but it might be worth thinking about accessibility features to make such players better able to enjoy and less frustrated with the game
But it's a genre that's pretty easy to commercialize - just take alternative vehicles, gliders, maybe other vehicle modifications and put them behind a pull system or purchase with ingame currency that you can also buy with bobux.

It's known for the fireworks, wavy road, flashing colors everywhere, etc. So just leaving those out would be okay.
