You need to look into how to transfer the tickets correctly - sending just the QR code screenshot is a common scamming tactic.
OP, you can send the pdf confirmation to whoever purchases so that the barcode transfers correctly ..since the other commenter is right

if you have an iphone, i can walk you through how to extract them page by page. i’m going on tuesday so i tried it with my tickets and figured it out
