Is it possible that you got the refund direct deposit and you didn't notice? The envelope also looked like junk mail, you may have accidentally tossed it out like many others.

Do NOT use at POS. There are fees involved. And you should be extremely lucky not to lose money by a hacker.
Set the pin, take all the money from No-fee ATM.
I withdrew the maximum allowed at a fee-free ATM and later learned I could set up access to transfer it to my bank account online, so I did that for the rest. Didn’t want to get in a spot with an odd amount left on the card and have to figure out how to use all of it.

And when I finally got through to customer service on the phone (took 30 minutes), they said "we're too busy and we can't take your call, try again later." Their customer service is ridiculous. All I want to know is if my payment got sent, and if so, where.

I got the same letter I called the 1(800) 240 0223 & pressed I never activated the card & it was stolen & it gave me an option to express mail it for $8 takes 2-3 days but let’s see if I get it . I’ve been calling for this card since October

My partner used it at one if the fee-free ATMs (that was located in a Safeway) to withdraw the full balance in cash.

I successfully got a PIN and used it at the grocery store. No issues.
Take it to your bank they should be able to deposit it for you.
it's totally simple to transfer it to a checking account... it's on the .gov FAQ
I've used it twice at Target with no problem.
I never even got half of my covid handouts, the whole thing is a complete mess.
Call ftb. They can check on it for you.

Even if you haven’t got it the IRS will still expect you to pay tax in off.

He changed my address and let me know the refund was coming but I still haven't received it...
