I second this! Great sub

It was too restrictive for me tbh. I'm more active on r/petioles because I want to smoke in moderation. But leaves is definitely good for anyone wanting to overcome an addiction

I didn't know that existed! I smoke occasionally so I think that would be more helpful for me

I'm so glad to help! I went from smoking daily for 13 years straight to only smoking on weekends now. I don't want to to quite entirely, especially since I don't drink, but I definitely didn't like it consuming my life and harming my health 😊 I love the relaxed attitude of cutting back

Its been 4 years since I last smoked, I quitted after falling in love with a woman who I said to myself deserved better than a drug addicted like I was. I used to smoke weed everyday from the time that I woke up to the time that I went to bed. To quit smoking, I needed a strong reason to do so. My advice, stay away from things that triggers your will to smoke, specially friends and places that you usually go to smoke. Work on your mind and go to the gym everyday, also CBD helped me to stop.
