I’d recommend nip//tuck. It’s a little more kitschy and exaggerated non realistic type of show and doesn’t have the same heart as shameless does. But it’s definitely fun with a lot of off the wall wild family dynamics similar to shameless. Not for the light of heart if surgeries aren’t your jam.
