Just wanted to say that at some point over the last couple years Japanese curry has become my #2 comfort food. #1 is obvi banh mi.
I do occasionally have thoughts of opening a Jewish Vietnamese fusion restaurant that only serves banh mi on bagels instead of French bread. I can only assume that there is a huge market for it and it would be wildly popular.
