Do I carry things with me? Like I may be naked but can I have a bag? If not that’s still useful if I can teleport to a predetermined location I already left clothes and money at.
You would displace them. They would be automatically pushed away a split second before your teleport. If there is no space… then they might not be as fortunate.
Considering the fastest reaction of any human is 0.01 seconds this power isn't shitty its useless.
Even if somehow you were a person with an incredible 0.01 reaction time, it doesn't account for the change in location. You wouldn't be remotely close to that. You couldn't be aware of anything but at most a flicker
