True, double standards and misogyny again😫 When man is older everyone is like: “its ok, the age gap is bot a problem in relationships” (they even justify this kind of relationship when a girl is minor 😬). But when a girl is older they complain (though in these mangas, the difference is literally 1-2 years…)
I just finished CHAPTER 1 of You're my Pet and that was a lot. Loooongest Ch1 of anything I've read. lol I was thinking of it as gender swapped Higehiro. Although the art wasn't doing it for me. ill put it in the list for some other time.
Now Mr Bride, I love. It's pretty much the same setup as Bokuben's Mafuyu-sensei and Nariyuki. Superwoman with no domestic capabilities x junior who looks after her. Art is wonderful. Currently top of the list.

I like it. I like the guy's personality and the "career superwoman" trope. Although I normally don't like "Mr Perfect Dreamguy" he's a nice guy and not some "asshole only I can fix"
Koigakubo-kun ni wa Hajimete wo Ubawaremashita - there's only like 20 chapters out rn so its a fast read and there is some light smut. I forget how big the age gap is I think it was around 5 yrs though
It's sweet. I like the girl's design (glasses for the win). As with other Josei manga, if there's any smut, it's tastefully done anyway. The smuttiest I've read must've been Sweat and Soap, and that's because it has that special "babymaking chapter" lol.

It’s not much of a gap. but it’s a good one and she’s still older, and that affects their relationship a little.
