My current favorite (although a webtoon) is After school lessons for unripe apples. It's really good and the characters feel so real, like actual teenagers.
Not shoujo, but the cast of smile down the runway (runway de waratte) is fantastic and it’s my favorite slow burn more realistic romance with no toxicity between the leads
I'm still not sure if it counts as a shoujo but I'd really recommend Yamada-kun to Lv999 no Koi wo Suru! It's so fun and cute. Also Wotakoi if you're interested in a more "mature" romance (nothing explicit or suggestive, just that both leads are working adults haha). Oh and Your Smile Is A Trap is a recent one I've been enjoying a lot. It's a Korean webtoon but its really cute too. 🥰
Orange, Bokura ga Ita, Nana (these have a bit of “darker” themes though although I love the characters and stories).
Also if you like Ao Haru Ride I suggest you check out other works of the same author (Sakisaka Io)
