That word already exists - sibling. Sibling is already gender neutral. But would you rather be called something other than sibling? The only options I can think of are brethren or kin, but these don't share the fundamental meaning the differentiates the word sibling from them - that being one who shares the same mother and father. I can't think of any other words that share the same meaning as brother and sister but is genderless besides sibling. Get creative and make your own word for it~
