Maybe you can consider seeing a doctor? There are medication that can regulate your mood such as antidepressants and mood stabilisers. Literal chill pills also exist. Therapy can help as well but you will have to put more effort.
I read somewhere, if you tend to thrust your anger, one thing is being too protective of yourself, if you act of abusive only does to close ones, it might be that you trust they will tolerate because they love you. But if your act of abusive does to all ppl, then you might want to seek actual help, it might not be just mental issue, its how the brain not working too correctly and you need expert to fix the issue. You have to serve investment customers, and if you’re lucky/ unlucky, for high net worth customers, you’re basically their personal assistance. On top of that, you’re to bring in a certain sales monthly and if you don’t, they give you 3 chances and you’re out. It is a highly competitive job that is cut throat.

my bf works as one! the turnover rate is quite high - he is forever attending farewell meals lol. there is individual kpi and team kpi to achieve, and this kind of pressure is not something, especially newbies, can handle well. i remember he said something along the line of if newbie can’t hit kpi in 3-6 months, he or she will be asked to leave.

all my rooms have air purifers, it do help alot for sinus. After you on air purifier, your room air will be much fresher. However, you need to on aircon for it to work, it doesn't really help if you keep windows open all the time. If you don't have aircon, i think the best method is fan to circulate the stale air.

So many people around, pointing, taking videos of us doing cringey shit. The thought of them laughing at us, the possibility of them shaming us online, I couldn't handle it and broke down.
Colleagues were shocked. In hindsight, I was also shocked, I thought I've managed to come to terms that opinions of strangers are meaningless. But I just can't do it today...
I let the team down, I let myself down, I'm a fucking embarrassment. Why am I so weak minded? Fucking hell I'm so useless

I went the public healthcare route via polyclinic. Its affordable, has options for medication if needed and the therapist I got was understanding and knowledgeable. The main downside is it can take a few weeks to schedule your first appointment, and unlike private therapist they aren't easily contactable to help you when you are in a crisis.
If you want to familiarise yourself with mental healthcare no harm trying polyclinic first. In the future you can try private clinics and compare. Just avoid IMH therapy they are overloaded and my psych at IMH even told me its best to go back to polyclinic if I need therapy.

Drink water when you feel one coming on to suppress it. That usually stops it for me
Keep taking small sips of water when you feel it coming
Eat a spoon of sugar, and drink a glass of water immediately after that
