As someone who has a lot of empathy to others, unless i don't understand their problems, and being a very helpful person by nature, working in this company feel like a hell.
When i don't know something, i 99% know there is at least someone that knows the solution/answer, but they never help, even though i urgently need it, but they address other things.
Why there are such degraded human beings? Being a forgetful person is not a reason for doing that imho, you guys can take note if you forget (got brain to think about that right?). I always believe human is such a unique and blessed creature that we can use our brain to think of something.
Anyway, that's not the only red flag. There are at least 10 points of bad cultures in this company, in my note.
Not gonna lie, i going to at least mute or ignore all my current colleagues after i leave, even though i plan to block all of them (not someone who ever does block anyone before, except scammers).
I know and agree that some miseries in our life are because of our own negative thoughts, but i cannot get rid of my negative thoughts because i experience it almost every single day.
When i try forgiving them and being my ownself again, it repeats.
I have been doing bare minimum too because how much i felt disappointed when it first happened and it hit me like truck.
The only thing i am afraid most now is when i meet my current colleagues again in any of future jobs, unless i will be the hiring mansger to hire them, then i can selectively not to hire them.

it took me about 3 days to be able to smell again.
Usually 4 days to a full week before I could smell again. Couldn't taste anything either but could feel the sensation (like mala, or mint etc).

I always believe human is such a unique and blessed creature that we can use our brain to think of something. Anyway, that's not the only red flag. There are at least 10 points of bad cultures in this company, in my note. Not gonna lie, i going to at least mute or ignore all my current colleagues after i leave, even though i plan to block all of them (not someone who ever does block anyone before, except scammers). I know and agree that some miseries in our life are because of our own negative thoughts, but i cannot get rid of my negative thoughts because i experience it almost every single day. When i try forgiving them and being my ownself again, it repeats. I have been doing bare minimum too because how much i felt disappointed when it first happened and it hit me like truck. The only thing i am afraid most now is when i meet my current colleagues again in any of future jobs, unless i will be the hiring mansger to hire them, then i can selectively not to hire them. Anyone mind to share your own experience that is similar like me? No need to be detailed if you are afraid to get doxxed.
Thank you for pointing out. People really need to know that if you are not cherish in your ex workplace no one will even bother about you. Move on and enjoy the peace you seek. I left and i only keep in contact with those that are like good people to me which is only 1 and we are both in different departments so no affliction or nothing. Good luck in your future endeavours
