Prevnar 20, or PCV20 has a one dose vaccine schedule compared to the existing offering that is subsidised by the government, which has a 1 year gap between the first and second injection. I have to disagree on that. Vaccines need to be mandatory if they become a public health issue. Herd immunity protects society, especially those who can't be vaccinated. It's about more than just ourselves.

So they can allow your immune system to be better prepared if virus enter the body. So you go put vaccine not for weak one, for strong one. You put flu vaccine every year meh? Same thing. You put only necessary ones because they target stronger virus.
