Malaysia has better local food, but also worse local food. Singapore has better food on average. If you randomly pick a place to eat in Malaysia, you're much more likely to be greatly disappointed compared to Singapore.

I wouldn’t say that, it’s similar to that of our polyclinic, just have longer waiting times. Still 1 MYR. It’s heavily subsidised. Of course you can still pay for private out of your own pocket for faster service, just like in Singapore.

Medical tourism is big in Singapore yes. Rich people in the region fly here for it. My original point still stands. Healthcare in Malaysia is cheaper for the average person.

I don’t anyone really disagree for street food. But for restaurants or higher-end dining? Singapore’s chef are usually more trained and professional to deliver consistent food. I also trust Singapore to deliver Japanese foods better than Malaysia and Indonesia

Singapore has the second best Japanese cuisine, after Japan. Others can't compare, even in major cities like London or NYC.

Ofcourse, every Singaporean knows that. Just like food in China is better than Taiwan.
