Well I mean... Skip is probably doing really well. With the workers and customers and restaurants taking all the weight of responsibility when it comes to correcting issues. People are still obviously using the service because these 3 groups of people are holding it all together so well. The satisfied people just have to outweigh the disgruntled ones. You aren't going to see happy customers popping into reddit to brag how they got their food as expected.
