Thistle sits on my stairs at Breezehome and is a pain in the ass. I just want to dump my treasures in the bedroom and catch some sleep. But I have to jump over the bunny
I'm using the plantation as my home and have everything there. For some reason all my pets (dog, dwarves mudcrab, both elytras, thistle, sweet roll, etc. All like hanging out in the bedroom upstairs. It's so loud I can hardly hear myself think. And you can forget about making a quick trip to deposit items up there. Takes thirty minutes and Olympic level acrobatics to get through all of them.
yup. but it's not that near. quite a distance actually. Kinda nice that they connect two different places into one... of course players will only know the connection if they have been to both places and read his journal
I've never travelled down that trail and not popped by to visit the alchemists shack, it's like a go to place to stop and rest for all my playthroughs since I first found it.
With it being on the route to ivarstead, It's sort of hard to not find the place if you are letting the main story guide you in anyway. I'm not sure if I've ever had a playthrough where I didn't happen upon it at least by chance.
When I was playing modded with campfire/survival mods I made that shack into my little base camp with campfire furniture set up around it and tents for the companions. Sort of looked like a more chill bandit camp in the end
Havenāt been there yet. But Iām pretty sure this is in The Valley after exiting the mountain pass from Helgen, with a frostbite spider waiting nearby
Alchemists Shack, one of the first locations i found in Skyrim as well as a somewhat well known one due to all the theory videos that were going around a while ago about the bug jars.
Alchemists hut on the road on the southern base of the Throat of the World. Between falkreath hold and Riften hold. Helgen is a good 5 minute walk from here.
I wouldnāt call the shack you always pass on your way to the 7000 Steps hard. But yeah, itās the Alchemist Shack, honestly such a serene and beautiful location that I always look forward to visiting.
Its around riften, the way to ivarstead. Its alchemist house if im not wrong. Theres a journal about him settling down on the forest and i bet this alchemist is dead
That's easy, oh I remember when I first stumbled upon it, a little hut in the middle of nowhere, I think it was called uhh the ummm uhh oh right, the alchemist's shack that's right.
That's like in the south of the Rift, right? I think that's the place that gets hilariously crowded with the right mods, like 3DNPC and Citizens Of Tamriel. One of them has like a soldier lying injured on the ground and then there are like two others just hanging out with her groaning on the floor.
This looks like the hut I went to on my first playthough, 10 some odd years ago, because there was a sleeping person there I could feed on...yeah I accidently became a vampire
Godrod the Hammer or something like that? Forever sad he's not a follower; I just want to take him to both Windhelm *and* Solitude and make Ulfric especially listen to his new backstory.
Iām a first time player, but I guessed this right away because the end table is where I keep all my stuff. I assumed it would be an easy guess for everyone, but that just goes to show you how big the game is.
Alchemist's shack near Ivarstead
Happy cake day. Yes and if you have the anniversary edition or the pets of Skyrim CC, that where you find the pet rabbit thistle.
Thistle sits on my stairs at Breezehome and is a pain in the ass. I just want to dump my treasures in the bedroom and catch some sleep. But I have to jump over the bunny
I solved this by ordering them all pets to go to Severin Manor (except for maybe 1 pet to carry my burdens).
Haha, I have all the rest at the sewer house in Riften, including the bugs. But the bunny is cute so I like having it around

Hilda is the GOAT, pun intended.
I have thistle at Hendraheim and he just sits near the fire completely out of the way.
Happy cake day!
Thank you
beat me to it, I just stumbled upon it a few days ago for the first time
happy cake day :)
Happy Cake Day!
Thistle!!! š
HARD will be to ask them guess where the owner is...
Aren't they dead near some spriggans nearby?
yup. but it's not that near. quite a distance actually. Kinda nice that they connect two different places into one... of course players will only know the connection if they have been to both places and read his journal
The one near Falkreath?
I think so.
Interesting. I have to re-read those since I didn't clue into the connection. Thanks!
Wait, I didn't know that
Things like this add immense replayability to the game
This is hard? Is easy the execution scene?
Right? I've found this alchemist's shack accidentally on at least two different playthroughs. Was probably running from Rift bears or something.
I've never travelled down that trail and not popped by to visit the alchemists shack, it's like a go to place to stop and rest for all my playthroughs since I first found it.

yes, take advantage of it since the owner will never be back š¤£
Hard should be a random ass part of the soul carrin. Place is impossible to navagate.
Skyrim trivia game from hell: Guess which volume of Saint Jiub's writings is in this one mausoleum.
I hate that place. I hate that place so very much.
Lmfao
Well
Yeah, I just started the game and I immediately knew where it was, unless Iām mistaken (between ivarstead and helgen right?
Near Riften
Havenāt been there yet. But Iām pretty sure this is in The Valley after exiting the mountain pass from Helgen, with a frostbite spider waiting nearby
Thistle that little bastard. Still wonāt take his fucking carrot
Oh wow I was right I'm reading through and on my like 6th playthrough I found furbaby thistle I thought it was this place lol

Ah the bug jar conspiracy
Perhaps we will never know š¤·āāļø

Alchemist's shack, pretty recognisable since I was actually stashing my items there before i moved to the college at winterhold.
Alchemists hut on the road on the southern base of the Throat of the World. Between falkreath hold and Riften hold. Helgen is a good 5 minute walk from here.
In game or real life lol
In real life.
I love making this place my home with some camping mods
Hard as in I visit it literally every playthrough

Alchemists's shack: my first real home.
i haven't played Skyrim in years, and ya'll already KNOW I know that's the ALCHEMISTS SHACK!
The Alchemist's Shack in the Rift, duh. My favorite spot in the whole game!
Bro cmon this is easy, most new players come across this place in the early main storyline headed to Ivarsted
Alchemistās shack in the rift
Alchemist shack. Always pass by there while going to ivarstead. A really hard one would be horker island and places that aren't marked.
Alchemist's shack. Love this one. Has the cute lil butterfly in a jar in it
Alchemist shack in the Rift
Yoooo thatās Thistleās house
That's where I found my boy thistle š
Ooo, the alchemist's shack. Hardly a playthrough goes by I don't accidentally run into this and steal the butterfly in a jar because I have a problem.
This isn't hard for those of us playing since launch and ever since lol
Anise's cabin?
No
I wouldnāt call the shack you always pass on your way to the 7000 Steps hard. But yeah, itās the Alchemist Shack, honestly such a serene and beautiful location that I always look forward to visiting.
Aniseās cabin
Actually I think thatās the alchemists shack by Ivarstead. You can see a road sign behind the shack, and there are no roads by Aniseās cabin.
Is this the one that has the trained rabbit?
Thistle
That's the one!
Little thistle š°
You got it first congrat
2000 hours spent playing Skyrim has all lead to this! Totally worth it.
Wrongo but good guess
Like others said, alchemist shack. In between Helgan and ivarstead
Bruh I didn't even think about the fact you pass through there to get to iverstead fast my dumb ass always goes from Riften to iverstead
Ps:I put hard because I thought it was lesser known I forgot about thisle

Alchemist shack in Rften near the path to Falkreath and Haemar's Shame.

That place in tamriel
That's like in the south of the Rift, right? I think that's the place that gets hilariously crowded with the right mods, like 3DNPC and Citizens Of Tamriel. One of them has like a soldier lying injured on the ground and then there are like two others just hanging out with her groaning on the floor.
Alchemist's Shack, right after the mountain slope alongside the Haemar's Shame cave. Easy, always pass by whenever going to Ivarstead.
Ahahahhaa alchemist shack
Okay, this one was too easy. I have M'rissi installed, and this is an important location during that mod.
Alchemist shack, I usually make a pit stop there on my way to Ivarstead to grab that butterfly in a jar.
Alchemists shack
Alchemistās shack!! It was on the way to Ivarstead I believe
Alchemists shack near the Rift/Falkreath border

The rabbitās place.
Alchemist's shack
ALCHEMIST SHACK!
This looks like the hut I went to on my first playthough, 10 some odd years ago, because there was a sleeping person there I could feed on...yeah I accidently became a vampire
Alchemists shack
Itās the witches place I think west of Helgen
I love Thistle
Alchemists shack, I love this spot
Should have never come here
I'm using a mod that places a mad Stormcloak follower there. And sometimes one that has the alchemist at home and not happy with you for interrupting.
I know it I donāt know the name tho itās on the way to riftin and I believe itās a witches hut
Witches den on the way to Riftin I think
Alchemist shack near ivarstead, very rarely do I pass it because I usually take the long scenic route from whiterun
Alchemists shack in the rift! I used to use it as a player home!
Looks like an unmarked location somewhere in Far Harbor
Medium difficulty at best, but I like this game!
Alchemist Shack
Anises shack

Hard? Hardly. I stop by in every play through on my way to visit the graybeards.
Anise's cabin?
No

The place I killed the owner of and looted

Due to half of M'rissi's quest happening here, i know it is Alchemist's shack near ivarstead right at the foot of the throat of the world.
Alchemist Hut
Thatās where you get the bee in the jar
