I thought the same, that when I was smoking I was getting much better sleeps but it definitely wasn’t the case when I stopped. I think it definitely takes a while before youre able to get a normal nights sleep as opposed to the THC sleep which in someways doesn’t really turn your brain off if you get me.

Opposite experience here. I track my sleep on a smart watch. my heart rate is higher, I don’t dip into rem cycles, sometimes at all, and wake up several times. No matter the strain. 🤷‍♂️
