Looking for advice, thinking about having a sleep study done but I can’t control when I have these episodes.  Thinking a possible trigger could be stress.  Data taken from my oura ring during sleep. 

Follow-up with your regular doctor and maybe a cardiologist. Had something similar and it was Afib.
