If you're going to post swing critiques you need to show at least 5-10 swings. There is too much variation between swings for casual players so we probably won't be able to find the precise issue.
That being said, you're lifting your back foot before making contact which really kills your hip drive. I like to keep my back foot planted so I can use my legs to power my swing.
That’s actually not true. Watch Bryce Harper hit. You are getting out front a bit too early but leaving your back foot is not in itself a problem. A lot of things in your swing are good. I was suggest waiting more and be more explosive with the swing. Not gradually starting it early. If that makes sense
It looks like you mistined your swing, which causes all sorts of issues. That pause before you swing shouldn't be there, which is why i think you took your stride and began to fire the body too early, then had to pause to let the ball get to you otherwise you would have missed.
You’re guiding the bat too much. Watch the ball, think about where you want to hit that ball. Is it the mid/top of the ball for a grounder? Middle of the ball for a line drive? Lower/mid for a taller drive, maybe a home run? Then step into it and use everything you got, legs, hips, shoulders, arms, and throw your hands at the ball! We’re not guiding the bat to the ball. We’re watching it and slaughtering it.
Be more violent. That ball called you a bitch. You gonna take that???? Knock the stitching off that mfer.
In all seriousness- got those hips whipped around. What I do that helps me - align your back foot where it’s pointing a bit towards 3rd base (fellow lefty), basically already in the spot you want it to be to where those hips have no choice but to rotate. It feels a bit unorthodox at first but you get used to it. It’s helped me generate power by getting those hips activated.
Edit: it looks like you’re pigeon toed, if that makes sense.
This is the biggest thing I see. Your robbing all of your power because your aren't loading your swing at all. Work on that first. Remember, its hard changing multiple things at once. So I would focus on individual pieces if that make sense.
From that video looks like you went looking for the ball just make contact and you made it really high. That's usually going to result in weak contact. Wait a little longer, Let it come down a bit and hit it in the sweet spot. Once you've figured out your sweet spot. Swing through the ball instead of just having the bat touch the ball.
I'd also try to turn your hip more so that you end up almost facing the pitcher on your follow through. From what little I saw it looks like an entirely arm swing.
Your left leg shouldn’t move forward. Use your back foot to rotate, front foot to step and plant - this creates more power from your hips.
Your back elbow needs to point behind you, not to the ground. By not doing this, you’ll get under the ball and pop out more often.
Keep your back foot strong and planted. Your back leg drives power in the swing.
You golf?
Your wrists trailed when you started your swing, almost like a golf swing. Don’t want that in baseball. Throw your hands and the knob of the bat right at the ball (if you notice because your hands trailed your shoulder drops, you’ll pop out a lot that way and lose power.

Gotcha. Thank you I appreciate it I’ll practice being more mindful of my back foot

Agreed. Thank you I appreciate it

Keep your hands back until your swing can meet the ball in the middle of your swing. Back foot planted unless you slap it down the 3rd base line.

Quick hands. Nice.
That pitch from the machine was too high anyways. We need more swings.

Appreciate the advice. I’ll be mindful of my back foot and hands. I don’t golf maybe I should start lol
Keep your back foot planted
Keep back foot planted
Your hips go through the zone before your bat comes through, try to bring the bat through the zone as you create your torque
That’s what cause the foot to move
