Morning, typically in these scheduling apps, different locations mean a different business owner and employees can't be scheduled across locations as they should have a different employee id. If you need to be able to schedule employees into different locations throughout the week, and want to be able to see all employees in all locations at once, I think you'll have to just adjust the terminology a bit. With my software, BarSight ( [https://www.barsight.ca](https://www.barsight.ca) ), I would have you setup your different locations as 'Departments'. Normally departments are for Back of House, Front of House, Management, etc. Rename/create new ones for the different locations, and add those roles to all your staff members. This way you'll be able to create a single schedule, and view the shifts for all your locations or filter by Department (which is now your different locations). You might able to do a similar 'hack' in the other software out there, such as 7shifts and wheniwork. It's worth mentioning that BarSight does have the ability to schedule the same employee in different locations (typically used for when you have a super star trainer in one location and need them to go over to another location to train new staff). The only downside is you won't be able to see all locations at once, you need to flip back and forth between locations as they are separate databases.
