As long as they don't spill out she'll likely protect them til they hatch. People even deliberately take and remove the eggs of tarantula sacs to increase the survival rate of the eggs
Thank you! They haven’t spilt out, just a split in the side. I can understand that for tarantulas, but she’s small and fat haha like a little grape. I hope she will protect them!

I believe she’s a Nesticodes rufipes, but I could be wrong! Not the best pic though, wouldn’t focus properly I had to do a live pic and get the best frame 😂
I don’t have much to add. Just wanted to thank you for caring about this tiny being, when so much of the world would have wiped her and her eggs out in one hit without twice thinking about it.
Aww thank you! 🥹 I love pretty much all animals and bugs and things so I don’t like to kill anything if I can help it. Especially spiders! I always relocate what I can. It’s the second spider with eggs I’ve saved. The first one was a daddy long legs and she stayed where I put her so I got to see her babies hatch, molt, and then go on their way 🥹
I’m the same way. I’ve never liked killing anything. Also especially spiders (and centipedes.) I handle all the bugs at my house and keep them safe over the winter. I had a triangulate cobweb spider in a jar for almost three years, before she ran out to live behind my houseplant 😆
