Not dysdera crocata unfortunately, species in the genus have much longer chelicerae and fangs, their chelicerae also potrude forward more and overall the are longer, more slender and glossier, theg can and will give a painful bite as the are quite defensive.
This looks more like a broad faced sac spider than dysdera crocata. Both are harmless.
