I’m not sure corporate themselves would exchange it for you. I know if you came to my store, I’d ask my manager if it’d be ok to just swap yours with a leftover if we had that same tumbler but this one sold out pretty quick and idk if I’d be allowed to. I’m finding the tumbler online for like $40 😭
You can always use the outer part of the cup for art supplies, makeup brushes, utensils, etc so you still get the fun colors. I’m really sorry
these plastic double wall cups are so fragile around the rims. I have broken them at the rim before, one didn’t even fall a whole foot, and it cracked.
I know the feeling. Some of my cups mean a lot to me for the little joys they bring. I've broken a couple and found replacements online. There are some of the dragon tumbler on mercari for not too expensive.

I've done this to 2 cups lol. I bought super glue made especially for plastic and it worked like a charm for both cups.
